About me
Hi, I’m Leo and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for almost ten years. I’ve always been obsessed with bodyweight training and compound lifts. Lately, I’ve become completely hooked on Calisthenics, and yes, I’m still chasing that one-arm pull-up!
I help people build real strength and feel great in their bodies using methods that actually make sense: no gimmicks, no “fat-burning” fads, just smart, sustainable training grounded in science.
The fitness world is full of noise, myths, and “quick fixes.” My aim is to cut through all that and give you a clear, evidence-based path to real progress, built on consistency, proper technique, and a training plan that fits your life.
My Training Philosophy
I focus on real-world strength, the kind that helps you move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence in everyday life.
That means:
Mastering bodyweight control through Calisthenics: push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and more;
Using free weights (dumbbells and barbells) to build strength that carries over beyond the gym.
I don’t rely on machines for most people, not because they don’t work, but because they often don’t translate into practical, usable strength. If your goal is bodybuilding, machines can be brilliant. But if you’re someone who just wants to get fitter, stronger, and actually use that strength in real life, bodyweight and free weights will serve you far better.
My Approach as a Coach
I don’t want to be the personal trainer who just counts your reps. My job is to teach you how to train confidently on your own. I want you to walk into a gym without fear or confusion, recognise bad advice when you see it online, understand how to structure training that actually works for you.
My goal is to give you knowledge and independence, so that you don’t just get stronger, but also feel more confident in your own body and in your training decisions.
A little about the Logo
You might have noticed my logo: it’s inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man. Not just because my name is Leonardo (yes, a little nod there 😉), but because it symbolises proportion, balance, and knowledge, the same principles I bring into fitness.
Training isn’t just about looking fit; it’s about feeling strong, moving well, and building a body that supports your life.
