The Hybrid Intro Session is designed to give you a clear understanding of your training, remove guesswork, and show you how your programme would be built going forward.

Sessions take place at Gympods Dalston in East London, with a private space and all equipment provided.

During your Hybrid Intro Session, we will:

  • Clarify your goals, training background, and any limitations

  • Train through a short, structured session tailored to you

  • Identify what’s currently holding back progress

  • Outline the most effective approach for your ongoing plan and schedule

Everything is purposeful and adapted to your level, no random workouts.

A simple, focused way to get clarity on your training, wherever you’re based.

The Online Intro Session covers the same essentials as the in-person option, delivered fully remotely. It’s ideal if you prefer to train from home or live outside London.

Before the session

You’ll complete a short 5–10 minute form covering your goals, training experience, and a few simple details. This allows the session to be focused and tailored to you.

During your Online Intro Session, we will:

  • Review your goals and current training approach

  • Go through simple movement checks

  • Identify the right structure for your training

  • Decide on the best next step for online or hybrid coaching

You’ll leave with clarity on what to do next, not just general advice.
