During your Hybrid Intro Session, we will:

The Online Intro Session covers the same essentials as the in-person option, delivered fully remotely. It’s ideal if you prefer to train from home or live outside London.
Before the session
You’ll complete a short 5–10 minute form covering your goals, training experience, and a few simple details. This allows the session to be focused and tailored to you.
During your Online Intro Session, we will:

Go through simple movement checks
Identify the right structure for your training
Decide on the best next step for online or hybrid coaching
