The Hybrid Intro Session is ideal if you’d like to experience training in person before committing to a plan. Sessions take place at Gympods Dalston, in East London, with all equipment provided.

During your Hybrid Intro Session, we will:

  • Discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations

  • Run through a movement and mobility assessment to understand how you move

  • Go through a short guided PT workout so you can experience the training style first-hand

  • Outline the best approach for your training plan, based on your goals and schedule

Cost: £29. Credited back to you if you continue with a PT package.

You don’t need a membership: The space and equipment are all included!

The Online Intro Session is perfect if you prefer to train from home or live outside London. We’ll cover the same essentials as the in-person option, but fully remotely.

Before your session, you’ll complete a short 5–10 minute form with your goals, training experience, injuries, lifestyle, and a few simple measurements. This gives me the information I need to prepare properly and tailor the session to you.

During your Online Intro Session, we will:

  • Review and discuss the information you shared in your form

  • Go through simple mobility checks to understand how you move

  • If on video, I’ll guide you through the movements live

  • If by phone, you’ll complete the mobility test independently using the TrueCoach app

  • Decide together on the best plan for your online or hybrid training

What you’ll need:

  • A mat or comfortable floor surface

  • Enough space to perform basic movements

  • A phone, tablet, or laptop if choosing the video-call option
