Hybrid Personal Training FAQ

  • Yes, your plan is flexible. Many clients who are new to training start with more face-to-face Hybrid sessions to build confidence, learn proper technique, and get hands-on guidance.

    As you progress and feel more comfortable training on your own, you can transition to fully Online Coaching, or simply continue with Hybrid sessions if you prefer the mix of in-person support and online structure.

  • Yes. Your programme is built around your goals, fitness level, equipment, and schedule. Every plan is customised, and it evolves as you progress.

  • It depends on where you’d like to train.

    • Gympods: No membership is required. Sessions take place in private training pods, giving you a focused space to train during your booked time.

    • Anytime Fitness London Fields: Yes, a membership is required. Memberships start from £45 per month and give you access to all Anytime Fitness gyms worldwide. To do personal training with me at London Fields, you’ll need to:

      • Set London Fields as your home gym

      • Use it more than other Anytime Fitness branches

      • Purchase your PT package directly from the gym (packages here are different from those listed on the website). Once confirmed, you’ll receive a private link to book sessions with me.

  • Hybrid sessions combine the best of in-person coaching with the structure of your online programme. During our time together, we’ll:

    • Go through key exercises from your programme with hands-on coaching to fine-tune your form and technique.

    • Work on progressions, regressions, or variations to keep your training safe, effective, and challenging.

    • Address any questions or concerns you have about your workouts.

    • Adjust your programme (if needed) so it fits your current progress and goals.

    Think of the hybrid session as your opportunity to get real-time feedback and support, while still enjoying the flexibility of online training.

  • Hybrid Training blends online accountability with in-person coaching. You get the flexibility and structure of an online programme, but also the benefit of face-to-face sessions to keep technique sharp and motivation high.

Online Personal Training FAQ

  • You don’t need a gym membership to get started. Your programme is designed around your lifestyle and the equipment you have available.

    • If you train at a gym, I’ll create a plan that makes the most of the equipment there.

    • If you prefer to train at home, I can design an effective programme using bodyweight exercises and any kit you might have (like dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells).

    Whether at home or in the gym, your plan will be fully tailored to you, so you can make progress in the way that works best for you.

  • Weekly or fortnightly check-ins: These are done through the TrueCoach app and help me track your progress, keep you accountable, and make adjustments when needed. You’ll answer a short set of questions about the training period you’ve just completed.

    Usually, If you train 3–5 times per week, check-ins are usually weekly. If you train less often, they’re usually every two weeks.

    Monthly check-in: Once a month, we’ll have a more in-depth review, either by phone or video call. This is your chance to discuss your progress, raise any concerns, and get personalised feedback directly from me.

  • Your programme is fully adaptable. Whether you’re on holiday, working away, or just have a busy week, I’ll adjust your plan so you can stay on track wherever you are.
