You’ll choose between 1, 2, or 4 in-person sessions per month in East London (Gympods Dalston or Anytime Fitness London Fields), supported by a personalised programme on TrueCoach to follow between sessions.

Training is planned in advance, progressed over time, and adapted to your goals, so every session has a clear purpose.
