What the Challenge Is
The Summer Lean Challenge is a structured 12-week coaching programme designed to help you build a leaner, stronger physique before summer.
Training combines strength training and bodyweight exercises, with ongoing coaching support and structured progress tracking.
The challenge also includes a preparation week before training begins, allowing time to review your goals, training experience, available equipment, and complete a short mobility assessment.

No advanced experience is required. The programme can be adapted to different training levels and available equipment.

How the Challenge Works
Week 0 – Preparation week
• Introductory online session

Weeks 1–12 – Training phase
• Follow your personalised programme
• Weekly check-ins and progress adjustments
• Ongoing coaching support
